Integrated Workforce Team Member

As an Integrated Workforce Team Member, you will be part of the frontline team responsible for keeping our assets safe, reliable and resilient for the future. From maintaining vital flood‑risk infrastructure to delivering capital improvements across NRW‑managed land, your work will directly help protect people, property and nature.

This is a practical, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You will carry out essential maintenance and improvement projects on NRW assets; support the delivery of construction and enhancement works; and play a crucial role during environmental incidents and emergencies. You will also take part in our standby rota, providing out‑of‑hours cover when required to help keep communities safe.

Your contribution will help ensure that Wales’ landscapes, waterways and habitats remain protected, accessible and resilient for generations to come.

This is a Fixed-Term Appointment until 31/07/2026
