Employer ProfileThis is a placement role for individuals who are sitting their university/college final exams in spring/summer 2026 or have recently (within the last 18 months) gained a post graduate qualification in an RICS accredited qualification in rural estate management or a similar discipline.
The role will provide support to NRW across Land Management, Forest Operations and wider operational teams. The purpose of the graduate trainee programme is to develop the practical experience, knowledge and skills to establish your career in the land management sector.
You will work closely with and be mentored by the Senior Specialist Surveyor, Land Management Team Leader and their Specialist Advisors.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to an NRW office within the place base / location above and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
